Once you start to observe your breath,
Facing your inevitable death.
A profound calm will manifest,
Breathing with diaphragm and chest.
Daily practice with yogic exercises,
Belly and chest falls and rises.
Then in the moment of everyday life,
Awareness comes with the Strife.
My Mouth agape like a fish out of water.
No longer the actor now the auteur.
